RLCA vs COVID19 battle

Hey crew,

As you would all know by now, no gym for us all!
Nah for real... 😭

We are still waiting for confirmation from ezidebit, the company that handles your payments to us, to know whether all accounts are suspended due to this closure. We do also understand they are flat out with all around Australasia businesses having to suspended also.

Please let us know if a payment does come out tonight and a refund will be sorted it.
They should only go out if ezidebit didn’t get to our account first.  If that happened we’ll sort out a full refund.

We know that this is a really difficult time for everyone financially at the moment, if you are able to continue to support our business during this lock down period, we would greatly appreciate it. At this stage, our landlord is still asking for rent, we hope to sort something out with them, but until then we are hoping that a mortgage freeze on our home-loan will allow us to keep the gym afloat.

We will continue to support our members as best we can, with daily live ZOOM classes at 7.45am Monday - Friday, and a daily afternoon class, if there is demand. Plus lots of fun challenges you can do within your own bubble.

We miss you fam and hope that this doesn’t last too long, so we can get back to all the punchy punchy with the best crew around.
