Deck of Cards - Sunday Funday workout

Complete the 52 cards, shuffle & repeat!! All you need is pack of playing cards:

  • hearts = push ups,
  • clubs = burpees,
  • diamonds = situps,
  • clubs = pull ups/ dips (or if you dont have a bar, then kangaroos, box jumps, jump squats, sit-outs etc. whatever).
  • Ace = 14 reps,
  • King = 13,
  • Queen = 12,
  • Jack = 11,
  • all other cards = the value of the card.
