Deck of Cards - Sunday Funday workout
Complete the 52 cards, shuffle & repeat!! All you need is pack of playing cards:
- hearts = push ups,
- clubs = burpees,
- diamonds = situps,
- clubs = pull ups/ dips (or if you dont have a bar, then kangaroos, box jumps, jump squats, sit-outs etc. whatever).
- Ace = 14 reps,
- King = 13,
- Queen = 12,
- Jack = 11,
- all other cards = the value of the card.
