Complete the 52 cards, shuffle & repeat!! All you need is pack of playing cards:

hearts = push ups,

clubs = burpees,

diamonds = situps,

clubs = pull ups/ dips (or if you dont have a bar, then kangaroos, box jumps, jump squats, sit-outs etc. whatever).

Ace = 14 reps,

Queen = 12,

Jack = 11,

all other cards = the value of the card.
