If you find yourself getting bored, it’s worth mixing up your routine intervals, track and beat your personal records, take a buddy with you, change location or just listen to different music. Think like a kid! Always set your goals but mainly have fun!

Tips:

Swaps

  • use the heavier kbs if you have more than one, you don't need to stick with 24kg, you can always add more reps.
  • skipping for 3x 3min superset of 15x star jumps; 15x mountain climbers; 15x pop squats.
  • single arm press for double arm press
  • farmers walk (double bells) for single bell walk (bell on your chest)
