- use the heavier kbs if you have more than one, you don't need to stick with 24kg, you can always add more reps.
- skipping for 3x 3min superset of 15x star jumps; 15x mountain climbers; 15x pop squats.
- single arm press for double arm press
- farmers walk (double bells) for single bell walk (bell on your chest)
