FIT FOR FIGHT - 8 WEEK FIGHT CAMP
We are looking for dedicated and committed fighters to join our 8 week Fight Camp to compete in the next RLCA Fight Night in April.
No former boxing experience is necessary, but you will need to commit to a tight training schedule to be Fight Ready for April.
You will be required to attend 6 sessions per week
- Footwork training, boxing drills, extra Fighters Only class, technique, sparring, fight conditioning, fitness tests
We strongly recommended to see the RLCA Timetable for sessions.

Bring / buy your own 16oz gloves, wraps, mouth guard and boxing boots for training and the event.
It is our intention to give you the best experience of training for a boxing fight. Training starts Monday 15th of February and runs for 8 weeks.
Over the next 8 Weeks we will take you through a journey which will prepare you for stepping into the ring, mentally and physically. Please do not partake in any extra training sessions other than what our team has assigned to you. Our six-day per week program is designed to cover all aspects of fight training while minimising the risk of overtraining and injury.
We encourage you to engage with team Rlca and to utilise our private app to ensure you remain on track.
