FIT CAMP - 12 WEEK FITNESS CAMP
Even if you’re not about to step into the ring you can still train like a Fighter and chisel powerhouse arms, get a ripped core, or simply improve your speed and cardiovascular fitness.
You have to make sacrifices if you want to see results. Sad but true, the more sustained effort you expel, the more likely you are to see the outcome you want.
While we know there is no “quick fix” to weight loss, fat loss, developing abs, or being healthy, we believe everyone benefits from having goals to chase and achieve. This is why we're offering 8-Week Program FIT CAMP; it gives you a structured routine with designated goals, challenges, tasks, and a lot of learning to build them into healthy lifestyle. Training starts Monday 15th of February and runs for 8 weeks.
You will be required to attend as many scheduled classes (minimum of 4) per week and train 6 days a week.
In 12 weeks or less, you will not only transform the way you look but how you feel. You will be guided and pushed to help you reach your full fitness potential.
WHAT WE OFFER:
You will have access to more than 20 classes per week, a challengers-only technique training class, and we will test your fitness pre- & post-challenge to track your improvements.
